GoGrid works with a number of partners to bring additional services and functionality to customers. The GoGrid Exchange allows our partners to share or sell a PartnerGSI (GoGrid Server Image) to the GoGrid community. A PartnerGSI is a similar to a MyGSI in that it comes with the partner's software pre-installed and pre-configured. Many of our partners specialize in internet security, backup, monitoring, web apps, compliance, and application scaling. Some Partner GSIs have a monthly fee.

GoGrid users have full access to any public PartnerGSI within the image catalog, which is located in the GoGrid portal. A PartnerGSI can be provisioned in minutes, drastically reducing the time it takes to get new applications up and running in the cloud.

Note: GoGrid does not provide customer support for the software or applications provided by partners to end customers. Customers must go to the associated partner's support resources (if available) to receive support for partner software and/or applications.
